WarriorBabe has spent years building the largest community of women 40+ who train, eat, and recover like athletes. WarriorBabe Health is the same team, the same standards, applied inside the biology - labs, hormones, and individualized protocols, guided by licensed clinicians.
We are not a medication company. We are a longevity and metabolic health platform. Medication is one tool among many, used only when your clinician determines it’s appropriate for you.

Once approved, your prescription is sent to the appropriate pharmacy for fulfillment. You’ll receive instructions for your treatment and what to expect next. Frequently asked questions
How does the telehealth process work?
You choose a starting point, complete an intake about your history and symptoms, and a licensed clinician reviews it. If treatment is appropriate and a prescription is required, it is issued then — not before.
Who provides the clinical care?
Independent licensed clinicians, working through telehealth. WarriorBabe Health connects you with them; it does not practise medicine itself.
Who dispenses the medication?
Licensed pharmacies, which ship directly to you. Your clinician sends the prescription; nothing is dispensed on the strength of an order alone.
When am I charged?
At checkout for the visit, and separately for a treatment only once a clinician has approved it. If you are not approved, you are not charged for a treatment.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as individual products. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies from FDA-approved ingredients, and are prescribed only when your clinician judges a compounded form appropriate for you.
Is a prescription required?
For prescription treatments, yes — and that is the point. A licensed clinician reviews every order, and you never self-select a prescription treatment here.
